I. Product Introduction

The Bottom Replacement Terminal HEPA Filter Module is an innovative cleanroom filtration solution designed for easy maintenance without system shutdown. Featuring a bottom-access design, it allows HEPA filter replacement from beneath the ceiling grid, eliminating the need to dismantle ductwork or disrupt sterile environments.

Composition materials and operating conditions:
•  The frame is made of aluminum alloy, and the top cover is made of galvanized sheet for durability and corrosion resistance.
•  The air duct interface has a diameter of 250mm, 300mm, or 350mm, and a height of 80mm, 100mm, or 120mm, depending on the customer's preference.
•  The high-efficiency filters are H13 or H14 grade, and they are partition-free for better airflow. The thickness of the high-efficiency filter is 70mm.
•  The high-efficiency filter is fixed by a special pressing block made of aluminum alloy profiles, which ensures a tight seal and easy replacement.
•  The diffusion plate can be either painted or flow equalizing film, depending on the customer's needs. The diffusion plate helps to distribute the air evenly in the clean room.
•  The air volume can be increased by expanding the filtration area, which is achieved by increasing the number of folds in the filter. This allows more air to pass through the filter without compromising the efficiency.
•  To extend the life of the high-efficiency filter, it is recommended to operate it at low wind speed. This will reduce the wear and tear on the filter and maintain its performance.
•  The maximum operating temperature and humidity for the clean room air outlet are 80°C and 80%, respectively. These conditions should not be exceeded to avoid damaging the components.
