The Box-Type V-Bank HEPA Filter is a high-efficiency air filtration solution specifically designed for pharmaceutical cleanrooms, sterile manufacturing, and controlled environments. Its deep-pleated V-shaped structure maximizes filtration area while minimizing airflow resistance, ensuring compliance with ISO 14644-1 and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Features:Longer lifespan and lower energy consumption.
1.Multiple mini pleated media packs are assembled into a series of V-shaped groups, providing greater airflow capacity, low resistance, high dust holding capacity, and exceptionally long service life.
2.The filtering medium of FAF is made of submicron glass fiber, which is a mini folded panel capable of withstanding high-speed airflow.
3.The V-shaped cylinder bank configuration optimizes the medium performance, achieving high airflow with extremely low resistance. The mini pleated bag is sealed on the frame with two-component polyurethane to increase rigidity and prevent bypass leakage.
4.Structural extruded aluminum frame components are resistant to chemical corrosion, have high strength, and are lightweight. The battery side is made of a single extruded component to maximize structural integrity.
FAF's HEPA filters are ideal for applications operating with higher airflows, up to 600 FPM, and requiring ultra-low pressure drop:
