This unit is designed for terminal air filtration and purification in cleanroom HVAC systems. It is suitable for cleanrooms at ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000), ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000), and ISO Class 6 (Class 1,000) cleanliness levels.
